Certainly not a fast ride, but still a very good one. I set off to climb the escarpment twice in a row and I did that, along with Williams Rd thrown in for a little more punishment. Went very well, particularly being I spent all day yesterday washing, waxing, and cleaning my car. That used some muscles I haven't used in a while as well as tiring me out pretty well. A good night's sleep and everything worked out.
Happy with the climb, but wished I had a bit more to put into the slog into the wind coming back on Mapleton. Oh well, still very happy with this workout. One I needed to get in after having my schedule upset last week by work and knowing tonight will be a very late night for Fireworks. |
