Note:
4 x 5 minute standing progressions, 5 x 1.5 minute ILT's.
Unexpectedly tired this morning thus leading to a lack luster effort. Being the progressions weren't really having much effect I decided I'd try doing some ILT's which actually proved to be a good idea. Looking at the weather into the middle of next week it appears I'm quite possibly going to be trapped inside for a while. |
