Just dismal! I wasn't feeling 100% this morning as my head felt a bit swimmy although not a full-blown vertigo attack like last Saturday. Not happy to see this return as it's been over a year since I've these problems. In any case, I opted to head out, but didn't really find any sort of a groove today. I just felt very flat physically as well today. We'll see what some more rest does and shoot for Friday to give it another shot. |
