Townline/Beach Ridge/Bear Ridge/Robinson/East Canal/Tonawanda Creek. Not a bad ride, but I still felt flat after not riding for the previous 3 days. Early in the week I was tired and then I had to wait out the remnants of hurricane Frances. May the endless short sleep cycles be really starting to catch up? |
