A good long ride with plenty of the expected suffering one gets when they haven't been riding very many rides of this sort. Nice to be at it today, but would have preferred to not have the 1 hour sleep interruption from my daughter and then my inability to fall back asleep. I'll surely pay for the lack of sleep and this long ride come this evening. |
