Nutrition: Oatmeal about 4hrs before, cinammon roll and hour before and a 1/2 cup of coffee with each.  40oz. of water, 18oz. of Accelerade, a PowerBar Harvest and a regular PowerBar.

A good ride, but about 10 miles short of what I thought I had laided out.  I rode well although I'm unlikely to every eat another PowerBar Harvest as it was very much not to my liking.  I believe it was paritally responsible for the stomach suffering in the last 10-15 miles.  Other than that I felt pretty good.  Post ride I cut the lawn before I relaxed for the day.
