Tada!  Somebody actually got up and worked out this morning!  Ironically I didn't sleep particularly well so perhaps that actually made it easier to wake up.  Whatever, I'll take it.  Not the speediest of workouts, but better than nothing.  I've been a very big slug lately, but I have to say now (1pm) that I feel great!
