And so begins another year of riding with this rather sluggish effort. It's been nearly 3 weeks since I last rode. And from a fitness standpoint it was horrible. Christmas, New Years, generally laziness and the stomach flu a week ago. The plan was to restart at the beginning of this past week, but that flu was short, but brutal. In any case, I'm back at it again and hope to get back in the groove over the next couple of weeks. |
