A good ride and my back seems to be recovering nicely. The bad side of today's ride is apparently I'm out of practice with cold weather riding. It was 51° at the house -where it's always warmer, when I left. Unfortunately I didn't have my glove liners, wind vest or light weight booties on. My core was able to stay warm, but my fingers and toes were pretty cold and stiff by the time I got home. Fortunately the weather is warming up this week, but mental note for the future...think! |
