A beautiful morning! A good ride, but a really poor night of sleep with the heat and humidity.
Changed my aerobar tilt from the flat postion to 10°. I used to have them in the flat to 10° range for a long time and then a couple of years ago I moved them up. I've tried to accept it, but I never found it as comfortable. So I moved them all the way to the flat postion the other day (7/15), but that felt weird so now I'm going up to 10° |
