PolarBlog Topic Icon

A couple weeks ago Rob suggested moving the PolarBlog topic icon to the right in the entry display header.  I've implemented this on my blog as well as in the development version.  Thus this will be the default in the future largely because I like it.  If you don't it will be very easy for you to override it in the CSS to move it back to the left side.  Thanks Rob!

    There ya go! That looks better. Now you can bump the icon size up a little if needed as well like 48 x 48.

    Users have had the option to use other sized icons for quite a while now.  Originally they were hard-coded at 32x32 --as inherited from PWL.  Then somebody requested the ability to use other sized icons.  Thus there is now the option to set them to a fixed sized (defaulting to 32x32) or leaving it unset and letting the image default to it's true size.  That said, I think with them on the right it makes using larger images a more realistic option.
