The second day in a row of 90°+ temperatures and the first of the year and about 20° above normal. Started off well and had a nice cool onshore breeze off Lake Ontario while along the river and Lake Road. And as expected, once I turned and started heading south away from the lake it got scorching hot pretty quickly. This put a significant dent in my earlier efforts, but still a good long ride. |
