Well that really sucked!  Today is the first I've been on the bike in just shy of a month.  Just another bout with a sinus infections that wouldn't leave and crud draining into my lungs.  Still not convinced it's completely gone, but it's time to move ahead.  And today was the day.  It was not fun at all as being trapped indoors and having fallen into the worse shape I've been in for years didn't help.  But it was pretty much what I expected today.  Hopefully this is the start of a long run without an extended break.  Here's hoping.
