A better workout than the other day, although I still need to get into back into a rhythm of working out on a regular schedule.

Sadly as I started channel surfing during a commercial break from what I was watching, I learned the news of Continental Connection flight 3407.  This flight crashed on approach to Buffalo about 5 miles east of the airport.  This is a good 25 miles east of me, but I know a number of people that live out that way.  It's also only about 5-10 miles from where I once lived.
