So I'm trying to get back on track before I fall off from my goals for the year. In the past week rain, cold and a number of mentally taxing issues have wiped out my riding. It's supposed to warm up a bit starting today so I need to get back outside tomorrow and get back with the program before It's painful to do so. All is not lost! And this is a warm-up to getting things back on track. |
