Simply a very good, long indoor workout. I guess it help to have been up for 8 hours and fed instead of waking up and start riding 5-10 minutes later.
I'm still hopeful that I'll be able to ride outdoors again this year, but it's not looking promising. 4 inches of snow this morning, rain/drizzle/freezing rain now and snow predicted for most of the week make that seem unlikely at the moment. |
