A cool start with a wind chill in the mid-30's, but it warmed up nicely as it became very sunny.  Unfortunately no heart data as I forgot to put it on while making sure I was dressed properly.  This was a very difficult slog for more than half the ride.  A very long difficult ride into a stiff headwind down Mapleton and lots of crosswinds elsewhere.  Mentally I pretty much felt in neutral for most of this ride.  It was a very long busy week so I was a bit spent, but not from riding.
