I can't say it is necessarily the most appealing looking facility but it isn't bad. Here in Anchorage most of our water comes from a lake up north, which is nice and pristine and all that (and has great biking trails) and the rest is pumped from well locations all over the city. At least out there in middle of the water it isn't likely to be vandilized/etc..
