Victimized Criminals
Nobody died so I'm not sure this is truly Darwin worthy, but it's certainly shows regressing intelligence. If you're committing a crime and you yourself become a victim of a crime, you probably shouldn't call the police!
Roadkill is animal cruelty?
I guess if you intentionally run over an animal with the intent to maim or kill it, then yes that would be animal cruelty. (This reminds me of a story, but it will have to wait for another time.) But Roadkill Gummi Bears? This isn't animal cruelty, this is tasty fun!

Apparently Kraft, in weak, spineless corporate conservatism has caved in and is yanking these off the market. Why can't a company just once stand up and say "It's a joke people! Laugh it's funny!" Whatever happened to good old fashion corporate greed? You're throwing money away here.
