Bridge Construction
This is the Campbell Road bridge over Tonawanda Creek taken just days before it was moved into place in March of 2009. I found this interesting that they built the whole bridge on land and then moved it into place. All the other bridge construction I've see has always be done in place. I'm guessing this was done this way because of this being a truss bridge. Most of the others in this area are modern beam bridges. (Reference)
