    But go read the new report I linked too.  The man was sleeping with his head on the railroad tracks.  I'm sorry, but being drunk is no excuse.  I could understand if he was walking on the tracks while drunk, because I've been there myself.  But at no time was every stupid enough to lay down and take a snooze on them!  And from the article, it's not the first time!  "In November 1999, Dodd fell asleep on railroad tracks…and that the train pushed him to the side when it hit him".  Hello?  Don't you think that's enough of an eye opener that maybe one shouldn't be sleeping on railroad tracks?  He's damn luck to have survived that, but apparently it wasn't enough for him to realize the stupidity of it.  And I'm clearly not alone in finding Floyd's actions stupid.  Go search for his name on technorati.com and you'll see others find this amusingly stupid also.

    Back to your son…I sincerly hope he's feeling better and that he has a better life than his father.  As for going through the pain he is going through, no I hope I don't ever have to go through it.  But if I should ever meet an untimely death because I was doing something that the average person would clearly find as asinine - such as sleeping on railroad tracks, then yes, I do hope all of you make fun of me and have a good laugh.
