I guess if you intentionally run over an animal with the intent to maim or kill it, then yes that would be animal cruelty.  (This reminds me of a story, but it will have to wait for another time.)  But Roadkill Gummi Bears?  This isn't animal cruelty, this is tasty fun!

Apparently Kraft, in weak, spineless corporate conservatism has caved in and is yanking these off the market.  Why can't a company just once stand up and say "It's a joke people!  Laugh it's funny!"  Whatever happened to good old fashion corporate greed?  You're throwing money away here.

Meet Jeff Tweiten.  Jeff joins us today under the "Way Too Much Time!" topic because Jeff really, really needs to get a life.  You see, Jeff is waiting for Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith.  Sure lots of die hard fans are waiting for the next installment in this once great movie series.  But most people are rational and will wait until the movie is actually in theaters before they start waiting in line for it!  Apparently he waited 3 months for Episode II: Attack of the Clones.  Gee, I bet that was really worth it.  Kind of makes you wonder whether this would be better posted under my "Darwin's Work" topic instead!

Someone who calls himself "The Blindfolded Pianist" has painstakingly written out the sheet music to Super Mario Brothers.  Need I say more?

You really need to check out Neogentronyx.  I'm a bit too old to have played with Transformers as a kid, but this guy apparently did.  And it would seem that he never outgrew them.  This whole project is obviously the culmination of years of childhood daydreaming.  Actually I'm glad that this guy has "way too much time" to work on this, because I don't.  But I'd love to have one of these!  ;)

From a purely technical standpoint, this is really cool.  But they crossed the "Way Too Much Time" line when they opted to make it into a belt buckle.  Dorks.
