Townline/Beach Ridge - Feigle/East Canal/Tonawanda Creek. A very nice morning to get back into the groove. It's been a little over 2 weeks since I last rode outside and welcomed the return of some warmer weather . The provides one with the chance to get reaclimated before the cooler weather begins to arrive in the coming weeks. Working real hard this morning for a result that actually turned out better than anticipated. Tomorrow will likely prove to be more telling of how much fitness I've really lost. |
