A really tough go of it today after a very long layoff. I've been working a LOT of hours, had a impromptu trip to NYC, and then got the stomach flu for a couple of days. A good effort I guess being the HRT Above time is fairly substantial. And getting sick also helped me quickly shed several pounds. Likely will gain it back, but we'll see. |
