5 x 5 minute standing progressions. Certainly not the riding I wanted to do today, but it was sort a "take what you get situation". It was nice early in the day, but because of work crisis I didn't have time to workout until after 3pm. By that point it had clouded up, rained a bit and generally seemed like heading outside was a dicey proposition. That and a need to conserve time, I opted to ride indoors. And of course the weather only got better during that time! |
