Note:
5 minute up/downs, 10 minutes standing. A very uneffective ride. Serious lack of sleep the past couple nights (-5hrs). The intent was to ride outside today, but just as I hauled my bike outside the winds kicked up along with the thunder and lightning. That lasted all of about the time it took me to go back in and get ready to work out indoors! Probably best as it would have been a really bad ride in all likelyhood. Also went rollerblading with Mary Lou and pushing the girls in the stroller. |
