Charred Meat & Beer

I think all of my 100,000 (or was it 3?) readers know I don't eat meat anymore.  But for those of you who do still enjoy scarfing down charred flesh, you might want to have a beer with it.  Like I had to tell you that.  But at least now you can justify having a second round.  After all, you can never be too safe!
